Designed for faster boot times, quicker file transfers and lower power consumption, the SU650 delivers sustained read/write performance up to 520/450 MB/s while offering enhanced data protection and longevity.

Advantages

The SU650 combines 3D NAND technology, an intelligent SLC caching algorithm and ECC error correction to improve performance, detect and repair data errors, and extend drive life. Without mechanical parts, the SSD resists shock and vibration and operates silently with low power draw, making it a quieter and tougher alternative to HDDs. ADATA also provides free SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility software for drive monitoring, maintenance and easy system migration from HDD to SSD.
