In the 2.5" form factor and 7 mm thickness, the drive is compatible with most notebooks and desktops. It reaches sequential read speeds up to 560 MB/s and write speeds up to 520 MB/s and includes features such as intelligent SLC caching, a DRAM cache buffer, LDPC ECC and DEVSLP power-saving support.
