It delivers sequential read/write speeds up to 14,000/13,000 MB/s, supports backward compatibility with PCIe 4.0 and 3.0, and uses 232-layer 3D NAND with advanced 6nm controller technology to combine high capacity with improved power efficiency and thermal behaviour.
