The Adder ALPV154T-IEC is a point-to-multipoint digital signage extender that transmits Full HD video and power over a single CATx cable, enabling remote displays up to 150 m (500 ft) from the source. The transmitter accepts an HD video input and can feed up to four ALPV150R receivers; a feed-through port allows a local display or cascading additional transmitters for larger installations. The unit supports EDID cloning for broad display compatibility and can be rack-mounted using AdderLink chassis.

How to use

Connect the transmitter VGA (or HD) output to your computer and supply USB power to the transmitter. Plug each ALPV150R receiver into its respective display and connect each receiver to the transmitter with CATx cable runs up to 150 m. Use the feed-through port on the transmitter for a local display or cascade another transmitter to expand the number of screens. Adjust picture sharpness at the receiver using the onboard video adjustment control and clone EDID from a target display or use the default EDID for compatibility.

Usage recommendations

For reliable performance, use high-quality shielded CATx cable suitable for video distribution and keep single run lengths within the specified 150 m.
