How to use

Preheat the carafe with hot water, then discard the water. Add coarsely ground coffee appropriate for French press extraction, pour hot water just off the boil, and stir gently. Place the lid and allow the coffee to steep for the desired time, typically 4 minutes. Press the PreciseFlow plunger down slowly and steadily until the filter reaches the bottom. Pour immediately to avoid over-extraction.

Usage recommendations

Use a coarse, even grind and water at about 92–96°C for best aroma extraction.
