The BIGDIRT separator Electrolux ZE004 Bigdirt Universal black is a universal ash separator designed to collect cold ash, small debris and liquids (non-hazardous, non-flammable) before they reach a vacuum cleaner. Its 20-litre solids container and 5-litre liquid chamber are corrosion treated for easier cleaning. The polyester filter provides effective filtration and is washable; a replacement filter is available (EF122). The separator fits most vacuum cleaner types and is finished in black.

How to use

Attach the separator between the vacuum cleaner hose and the nozzle so that debris and liquids are collected in the separator first. Ensure ash is cold before vacuuming. Use the vacuum at normal suction settings and monitor the liquid level to avoid overfilling the 5-litre chamber. After use, empty the collector bins and rinse or wipe the corrosion-treated surfaces. Remove and wash the polyester filter as needed or replace it with EF122 when worn.
