How to use

Place the open end of a compatible vacuum bag inside the sealing channel, select the appropriate mode on the LED display (dry, moist, seal-only or pulse) and start the cycle. Monitor the progress via time indicators and press the quick stop button if you need to interrupt before completion for delicate items or liquids. After sealing, detach the bag and store as required. Use the built-in liquid container if sealing bags with juices or marinades to capture overflow.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use bags designed for vacuum sealing, avoid overfilling bags, and allow hot foods to cool before sealing. Use the moist mode for foods with surface moisture and the pulse mode for fragile items. Regularly empty and clean the liquid container and wipe the sealing strip to maintain long-term performance.
