Baking Mould Set with Lid affek design HV360974 — 5 x 19 x 7 cm (4 pcs)
Set of four compact rectangular baking moulds from affek design, each measuring 5 x 19 x 7 cm and supplied with matching lids. These oven-safe moulds are intended for portioned baking of breads, cakes, loaves, terrines and similar items. The lids allow you to store, stack and transport finished portions while helping to retain shape and moisture.
The moulds provide consistent portioning thanks to uniform dimensions and straight sides, enabling even baking and predictable serving sizes. Supplied lids make it practical to cool, store and transport individual loaves or baked portions without additional packaging. The compact form is space-efficient in ovens and for storage, and their rectangular shape fits common cutting and serving workflows.
These compact rectangular moulds are not intended for very large batches or full-size loaves; their internal volume limits the size of single products. They may not be suitable for recipes that require curved or fluted moulds for specific shaping or appearance.
Prepare batter or mixture according to your recipe and optionally grease or line the moulds if required by the dough. Fill each mould to the recipe-recommended level, taking into account the small volume to avoid overflow. Bake in a preheated oven, monitoring doneness with a skewer or thermometer. Allow baked goods to cool briefly before fitting lids for storage or transport; use lids when portions are fully cooled to avoid condensation-related sogginess.
For even results, do not overfill the moulds—leave room for rise. If storing warm products, allow them to cool to room temperature before closing with lids. When baking sticky or delicate batters, use parchment strips or a light grease to aid release and preserve the moulds' surface.
