Afriso ADM 104 expansion module for drinking water manifold, 4 draw-off points, G3/4A

Afriso ADM 104 expansion module for drinking water manifold, 4 draw-off points, G3/4A adds four additional G3/4A connections to an existing Afriso potable water manifold. It is intended for integration into Afriso manifold systems to increase the number of outlets in residential or light commercial water distribution installations. The module supports organized connection of taps, appliances, or sub-lines while maintaining the manifold’s layout and access for maintenance.

Advantages

The module provides a compact way to expand outlet capacity without replacing the entire manifold assembly. It uses standard G3/4A connections compatible with common fittings and plumbing components. Installation preserves the visual and functional arrangement of the existing manifold and reduces the need for additional piping runs. The design focuses on potable water use and helps keep distribution points grouped for easier service and leak detection.

Suitable for

• Residential potable water distribution where extra draw-off points are required
• Light commercial buildings with modest expansion of water outlets
• Retrofit projects that add taps or appliances without changing the main manifold
• Mechanical rooms where organized manifold layouts improve maintenance access

When it may not be suitable

The ADM 104 is intended specifically as an expansion module for compatible Afriso manifold systems; it is not a standalone manifold and cannot replace a full distribution unit. For large commercial or industrial systems that require many outlets, higher flow capacity, or different connection standards, a larger manifold or custom solution may be more appropriate.

Key specifications

• Number of additional draw-off points: 4
• Connection type: G3/4A
• Application: potable (drinking) water distribution
• Compatible with: Afriso drinking water manifold systems
• Typical installation environment: residential and light commercial plumbing installations

How to use

Mount the ADM 104 to the compatible Afriso manifold according to the manufacturer’s layout and alignment requirements. Connect each G3/4A draw-off to the intended tap, appliance, or sub-line using appropriate fittings and sealing methods for potable water. Ensure all connections are tightened to the recommended torque and perform pressure testing of the assembly after installation to verify there are no leaks. Follow local plumbing codes and the Afriso installation instructions when integrating the module.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm compatibility with your existing Afriso manifold model and available mounting points
• Verify that G3/4A connections match the fittings on your taps or appliances
• Assess whether four additional outlets meet your short- and medium-term needs
• Check local regulations for potable water components and installation requirements

Usage recommendations

Use the ADM 104 in combination with Afriso manifolds to keep potable water outlets centralized and accessible. After installation, run a full pressure and hygiene flush according to local standards before connecting drinking water fixtures. Regularly inspect connections and test for leaks during initial commissioning and periodic maintenance.
