Afriso ADM 112 expansion module for potable water manifold, 2 draw-off points, G1A

The Afriso ADM 112 expansion module for potable water manifold, 2 draw-off points, G1A, is an add-on component designed to extend Afriso distribution systems. It provides two additional outlets with G1A connections, allowing plumbers and installers to add further draw-off points to an existing potable water manifold without replacing the entire unit. The module is intended for use in residential and light commercial installations where hygienic potable water routing and modular scalability are required.

Advantages

The expansion module offers a compact solution to increase outlet capacity while maintaining compatibility with Afriso manifolds. Its two G1A draw-off points simplify installation of extra supply lines and help preserve a hygienic separation of potable water circuits. The component is designed for straightforward mechanical integration and supports modular system growth without extensive rework.

Suitable for

• Extending Afriso potable water manifolds in single-family homes
• Adding outlets in multi-apartment or light commercial buildings
• Retrofit projects where additional draw-off points are required
• Plumbing installations focused on maintaining potable water hygiene and modular expansion

When it may not be suitable

This expansion module is intended specifically for use with compatible Afriso distribution systems; it may not fit or perform correctly on non‑Afriso manifold brands or proprietary designs. For large-scale commercial or industrial distribution systems that require higher flow rates, pressure ratings, or different connection standards, a different manifold or custom solution may be more appropriate.

Key specifications

• Number of draw-off points: 2
• Connection size: G1A (threaded potable water connection)
• Application: potable (drinking) water manifold expansion
• Installation type: modular add-on for compatible distribution systems

How to use

Install the Afriso ADM 112 by mounting it to the compatible Afriso manifold according to the manufacturer's mechanical interface and alignment points. Secure the G1A connections and connect the supply lines using appropriate potable water fittings and sealing methods. Verify tightness and carry out standard commissioning procedures including flushing and checking for leaks. Follow local plumbing codes and hygiene guidelines during installation and commissioning.

What to consider before purchase

• Compatibility with the existing Afriso manifold model and mechanical mounting points
• Required connection size (G1A) and whether adapters are needed for existing piping
• Flow and pressure requirements of the intended outlets to ensure adequate performance
• Local plumbing and potable water regulations affecting fittings and materials

Usage recommendations

Use the module only as part of a compatible Afriso potable water distribution system, ensure all connections are made with potable-water-rated fittings, and perform flushing and leakage tests after installation to maintain hygiene and system integrity.
