Plastic distribution cabinet for domestic water manifold Afriso ADM, 8 outlets (model 2230200)

Plastic distribution cabinet for domestic water manifold Afriso ADM, 8 outlets is a purpose-built enclosure that accommodates an Afriso ADM manifold with eight outlet points. It offers a compact, durable housing that organizes and protects the manifold and associated piping while ensuring practical access to valves and connections for maintenance or adjustment. The cabinet is intended for residential and light commercial plumbing installations where a clean, space-saving installation is required.

Advantages

The enclosure is made of molded plastic that resists corrosion and provides electrical insulation for the mounted manifold and associated fittings. Its design allows tidy routing of supply and return pipes and keeps valves accessible behind a removable front panel. Installation requires minimal wall space and simplifies commissioning and later servicing by centralizing the manifold and connections in one protected location.

Suitable for

• Residential underfloor heating or domestic hot/cold water distribution systems using an Afriso ADM manifold with eight outlets
• Light commercial properties where a compact manifold housing is needed
• New installations and retrofit projects that require organized, protected manifold mounting

When it may not be suitable

The cabinet is sized specifically for Afriso ADM manifolds with eight outlet points; manifolds with different dimensions, additional equipment (pumps, large flow meters), or a greater number of outlets may not fit. Heavy industrial installations requiring metal housings for mechanical impact resistance or explosion-proof environments are outside its intended use.

Key specifications

• Material: durable molded plastic
• Capacity: accommodates a domestic manifold with eight outlet connections
• Access: removable front panel for valve and connection access
• Mounting: wall-mountable compact housing for indoor use
• Protection: isolates manifold from direct contact and organizes piping

How to use

Mount the cabinet on a suitable indoor wall surface at an accessible height, following local plumbing and mounting standards. Install the Afriso ADM manifold inside the cabinet and secure it to the back panel with the appropriate fasteners. Route supply and outlet piping through the designated entry points and make necessary connections, keeping valves oriented for access behind the removable front panel. After installation, reattach the panel to protect the manifold while allowing future access for adjustment, balancing, or maintenance.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that the physical dimensions and mounting pattern match the specific Afriso ADM manifold model you plan to use
• Verify that eight outlet points are sufficient for your distribution requirements
• Ensure the installation location is indoors and provides adequate clearance for piping and servicing

Usage recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, install the cabinet in a dry, frost-free indoor space, secure the manifold firmly to the back panel, and maintain clear access by avoiding permanent obstructions in front of the removable panel. Periodically inspect valve access and pipe connections for leaks and perform routine balancing or maintenance as required by the plumbing system.
