How to use

CLEAN both contact surfaces thoroughly, removing old compound with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small amount of the thermal paste to the centre of the chip or heat spreader—enough to form a thin layer when the heatsink is mounted. Mount the heatsink evenly and secure according to the manufacturer's instructions to spread the compound uniformly. If necessary, remove and reapply the paste when changing cooling components.

Usage recommendations
