Pipe clamp with strap airRoxy fi 75–150 mm, set of 2, model 0822
Set of two airRoxy pipe clamps with an adjustable metal strap designed for pipes with outer diameters from 75 to 150 mm. Model 0822 secures round ducting, drainage or plumbing pipes to walls, ceilings and support structures. Each clamp combines a formed metal strap with an integrated elastomer sleeve to provide mechanical fixation together with basic vibration damping and protection of the pipe surface.
The clamps offer an adjustable range that fits a wide variety of pipe diameters, reducing the need to stock multiple fixed-size brackets. Built-in elastomer lining protects the pipe finish and reduces transmission of vibration and noise to the supporting structure. The metal strap delivers stable mechanical fixation and allows straightforward tightening on site. Supplied as a pair, the set is convenient for fast installation of short pipe runs or for use as a matched pair when additional support is required.
Position the clamp around the pipe so the elastomer sleeve contacts the pipe surface. Adjust the metal strap until the clamp fits the pipe diameter, then secure the strap by tightening the integrated fastening mechanism or screw point to the supporting structure according to the required tightness. Ensure the clamp is mounted to a suitable anchor or support capable of carrying the pipe load and any fluid or airflow forces. When installing a run of piping, place clamps at recommended intervals for the pipe material and service conditions to prevent sagging and undue stress on joints.
For best results, choose mounting anchors appropriate to the substrate (masonry, concrete, or timber) and follow local installation codes for spacing and load requirements. Periodically inspect clamps for corrosion or wear in corrosive environments and replace if the elastomer sleeve shows degradation.
