Airscape Stainless Steel Aroma Container medium AS2007, matte white, vacuum-seal lid

The Airscape Stainless Steel Aroma Container medium AS2007 in matte white is a compact storage canister designed to maintain the freshness and aroma of coffee, tea, herbs and spices. Constructed from stainless steel with a matte white exterior, the container features an internal vacuum-seal lid that expels air from the canister to slow oxidation and preserve volatile flavour compounds. Its medium size makes it suitable for countertop use or pantry organisation while providing durable, food-safe storage.

Advantages

The stainless steel body resists staining and light exposure, while the vacuum-seal lid reduces air exchange to help retain aroma and flavour for longer periods. The matte white finish offers a neutral, modern appearance that fits a variety of kitchen styles. The internal mechanism is simple to operate and does not require additional tools or power, providing practical everyday use.

Suitable for

• Whole-bean and ground coffee storage
• Loose-leaf and bagged tea preservation
• Dry herbs and spice storage
• Countertop display and pantry organisation

When it may not be suitable

This container is intended for dry goods and is not appropriate for storing perishable foods that require refrigeration or freezing. It is not airtight in the sense of being moisture-proof for long-term storage in very humid environments, so extra care should be taken when used in high-humidity kitchens.

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel body with powder-coated matte white finish
• Closure type: internal vacuum-seal lid that expels air
• Intended contents: coffee, tea, herbs, spices and other dry goods

How to use

Fill the container with the desired dry product without overpacking to allow the internal mechanism to function properly. Usage recommendations

For best aroma retention, store roasted coffee beans as whole beans and grind just before use. Keep the container away from heat sources and direct sunlight, and ensure the inside is fully dry before refilling to reduce moisture exposure.
