The JATA SEW20 all-purpose pan is a round 20 cm frying pan designed for everyday cooking. It features a forged aluminium body and a Stonite non-stick coating that promotes even heat distribution while keeping the pan lightweight at approximately 760 g. Its black finish fits a variety of kitchen styles and supports frying, sautéing and similar tasks.
The forged aluminium construction ensures good thermal conductivity and reduced weight compared with heavier metal pans. The Stonite coating provides a non-stick surface that eases cooking and cleaning. The compact 20 cm diameter and ergonomic design make the pan easy to handle and suitable for single portions or small meals.
Preheat the pan on a medium heat setting before adding oil or ingredients. Use suitable utensils (wooden, silicone or plastic) to protect the Stonite coating. After cooking, let the pan cool before washing. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads to maintain the non-stick surface.
For best results, avoid high dry heat for prolonged periods and use medium to low heat for non-stick performance and longer coating life.
