The JATA SF124 all-purpose pan is a 24 cm round frying pan made of forged aluminium with a "Stonite" non-stick coating and a full induction diffuser base, designed for even heat distribution and everyday cooking tasks. Its black finish provides a neutral look that fits most kitchens while offering durability and easy cleaning.
The forged aluminium construction ensures a lightweight yet sturdy pan that heats up quickly. The "Stonite" coating provides a non-stick surface for easier cooking and cleaning, while the full induction diffuser base makes the pan compatible with induction hobs and promotes uniform heat across the cooking surface.
Preheat the pan on the chosen heat source, then add a small amount of oil or butter if required. Cook food according to the recipe, turning or stirring as needed. Avoid using metal utensils that can damage the "Stonite" coating; use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils instead. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning.
