The JATA Tacana Round All-purpose pan is made from forged aluminium with an 18 cm diameter and a full induction-compatible bottom for even heat distribution and reliable performance on induction and other hobs. The pan is manufactured without Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA), offering a safer non-stick surface for everyday cooking and straightforward cleaning.
Forged aluminium construction ensures good heat conduction and light weight. The full induction bottom provides stability and uniform heating on induction, ceramic, gas and electric cooktops. PFOA-free non-stick coating reduces food sticking and simplifies maintenance.
Preheat the pan briefly on the selected hob at medium heat before adding oil or ingredients. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to preserve the non-stick surface. Clean the pan after cooling with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to maintain the coating.
To prolong the life of the non-stick surface, avoid cooking at very high temperatures and do not leave an empty pan heated for long periods. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the PFOA-free coating and aluminium body.
