Mounting bracket with strap and buckle ALPAR U104T - U104T

ALPAR U104T is a compact mounting bracket with an integrated strap and buckle designed for fastening and securing equipment, components, and lightweight assemblies. The bracket combines a fixed mounting base with a flexible strap closure to deliver a secure hold where a strap-based clamp is appropriate. It is intended for general fastening tasks in installations, cable routing, and temporary securing in environments where a simple, reusable strap solution is preferred.

Advantages

The mounting bracket integrates both a rigid mounting point and a strap with buckle, offering a space-saving attachment that reduces the need for separate clamps and ties. Its simple strap-and-buckle mechanism allows quick installation and adjustable tension while enabling reuse and repositioning. The low-profile bracket supports neat cable management and temporary fixing without specialized tools.

Suitable for

• Securing cables and wiring bundles in mechanical or electrical installations
• Attaching lightweight components to panels, frames, or flat surfaces
• Temporary fixation of hoses, tubes, or small assemblies during maintenance
• Organizing conduits and flexible ducts in service and utility areas

Key specifications

• Integrated strap and buckle closure for adjustable tension
• Rigid bracket base for fixed mounting to flat surfaces
• Compact, low-profile design to minimize space usage
• Suitable for repeated use and repositioning

How to use

Mount the rigid base of the bracket to the desired flat surface using appropriate screws or fasteners for the substrate. Thread the strap around the item to be secured, insert the strap end into the buckle, and tighten to achieve the required tension. Trim any excess strap length if needed and ensure the buckle is locked. For repositioning, release the buckle, adjust the strap, and refasten as required.

Usage recommendations

Use fasteners appropriate to the mounting surface and load. Do not exceed the bracket’s intended load capacity; use multiple brackets or alternative mounting hardware for heavier items. Inspect strap and buckle condition periodically, especially in outdoor or high-vibration environments, and replace if signs of wear or damage appear.
