Baking mold for bread and loaf Alpenburg HT459, silicone non-stick baking pan
Alpenburg HT459 is a silicone baking mold designed for baking bread and loaf cakes. Made from flexible, heat-resistant silicone, this non-stick baking pan supports even baking and easy release of bread, quick loaves and small cakes. The mold is suitable for use in home ovens and on countertops and is intended for everyday home baking tasks where a reliable, simple-to-clean shape is required.
The silicone construction provides non-stick performance that reduces the need for additional fat or parchment, and flexibility allows baked goods to be removed without damage. Heat resistance ensures the pan can withstand typical oven temperatures used for bread and loaf cakes, while the smooth surface simplifies cleaning. The lightweight design and compact footprint make storage and handling convenient in domestic kitchens.
This silicone mold may not be ideal for very high-temperature professional ovens or for recipes that require a rigid pan to support heavy batters or elaborate multi-layer constructions. Extremely sharp tools should be avoided since they can cut or damage the silicone surface and impair non-stick performance.
Before first use, wash the mold in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Place batter evenly into the mold without overfilling to allow room for rising. Bake according to your recipe’s temperature and time; silicone typically requires the same settings as metal pans but may need a few minutes longer depending on oven characteristics. Allow the baked loaf to cool slightly before gently flexing the silicone to release the bread. Clean the mold with warm soapy water or in the top rack of a dishwasher if the manufacturer’s instructions permit.
For best results, fill the mold to no more than two-thirds of its height, preheat the oven fully, and allow the loaf to cool briefly before removing. Avoid sharp utensils and prolonged direct flame contact. Store the mold flat or rolled without sharp bends to preserve shape and performance.
