Radiator Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 1011662

Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper X-Flow 360mm radiator (model 1011662, EAN 4250197142359) is a 45 mm thick water-cooling heat exchanger engineered for PC liquid-cooling loops. It uses a full-copper construction for the main parts — including chambers, fins and channels — and an X-Flow internal design that directs water evenly through all channels to provide effective heat transfer while supporting high flow rates.

Advantages

The NexXxoS XT45 offers full-copper chambers and core for improved thermal conductivity compared with radiators that use mixed materials. Its X-Flow geometry balances coolant distribution across all channels to increase performance at higher flow. The radiator accepts standard M3 fan and mounting hardware, includes an internal protective ledge to prevent screw damage to fins, and provides multiple port positions on the chambers to reduce angled fittings and simplify installation. The fin spacing and design are optimized to perform well with low and medium fan speeds, enabling lower noise operation and broader fan compatibility.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring a 360 mm (3x120 mm) radiator
• High-flow systems where reduced restriction is important
• Users who prefer full-copper radiators for maximum thermal conductivity
• Builds that need versatile mounting and multiple port orientation options

Key specifications

• Model: Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 (1011662)
• Type: Full-copper X-Flow radiator
• Size: 360 mm (3 x 120 mm fan positions)
• Thickness: 45 mm
• Material: Copper main parts (chambers, fins, channels)
• Mounting: Standard M3 threads for fans and grills
• EAN: 4250197142359

How to use

Mount the radiator in your case using the M3 threaded holes that match your 120 mm fan positions. Connect inlet and outlet fittings to the chamber ports; the design provides multiple port positions to minimize the need for angled fittings and to maintain better flow. Install fans with the chosen push/pull configuration and secure with appropriate-length M3 screws, taking advantage of the internal protective ledge to avoid fin damage. Integrate the radiator into your cooling loop with compatible tubing, fittings and pump, then fill, bleed and test the loop for leaks and proper flow before full operation.

Usage recommendations

Use medium-speed or low-speed fans to balance cooling performance and noise, and prefer fittings with minimal bends to preserve the high-flow characteristics of the X-Flow chambers. Ensure compatible copper-friendly coolant and routine maintenance (periodic flushing and inspection) to retain optimal thermal performance.
