Radiator Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 1011667
Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper X-Flow 480mm is a 480mm, 60 mm thick high-performance water cooling radiator designed for PC liquid cooling loops. Constructed with copper fins, copper channels and copper chambers, the NexXxoS UT60 is built for high flow rates and improved thermal transfer while remaining compatible with common fan and mounting standards.
The full-copper construction — including fins, channels and chambers — provides better thermal conductivity compared with mixed-metal designs. The X-Flow internal layout distributes coolant evenly across all channels for consistent heat dissipation. Multiple inlet/outlet positions on each chamber increase mounting flexibility and reduce the need for angled fittings, supporting improved flow. Standard M3 threads and an internal screw protection ledge simplify fan/radiator installation and help prevent damage to the fins. The fin geometry is optimised for effective cooling at low to medium fan speeds, allowing quieter operation without sacrificing performance.
Install the NexXxoS UT60 in your custom water cooling loop by securing it to your case or radiator mount using standard M3 fasteners and aligning the 4 x 120 mm fan positions. Choose inlet and outlet ports on the chamber that provide the most direct tubing run to minimise angled fittings. Connect fans and fans’ power to appropriate headers and bleed the loop according to your coolant and pump manufacturer instructions before powering the system. Verify there are no leaks and ensure adequate airflow through the fins for optimal performance.
For best results, pair the UT60 with medium-to-high flow water pumps and low-to-medium-speed static-pressure fans to balance cooling performance and noise. When mounting multiple radiators, stagger inlet/outlet orientations to maintain steady flow and simplify tubing runs.
