Temperature sensor Alphacool 17364
The Alphacool Eiszapfen Temperature Sensor (Alphacool 17364, MPN 1012591) is a compact, screw-in temperature probe for PC liquid-cooling systems. It fits any G1/4" threaded port on radiators, reservoirs or T‑pieces in the cooling loop and provides a sealed, nickel‑plated housing to prevent corrosion and ensure watertight operation. The sensor includes a 50 cm cable with a 2‑pin connector and is compatible with standard PC temperature indicators for direct monitoring outside of motherboard BIOS readings.
The sensor is simple to install by screwing into a free G1/4" thread and comes ready with a long 50 cm cable suitable for large chassis. Its fully sealed, nickel‑plated construction offers corrosion resistance and reliable watertight performance. Compatibility with standard PC temperature indicators allows independent monitoring and adds redundancy to system temperature reporting.
Screw the sensor into any available G1/4" threaded port on a radiator, reservoir or T‑piece within the liquid cooling loop. Route the 50 cm cable to your temperature indicator or controller and connect the 2‑pin plug to the compatible device. Ensure the fitting is hand‑tight and properly sealed; the nickel plating provides corrosion protection and a watertight seal when installed correctly.
For accurate and reliable readings, place the sensor where coolant flows freely (for example on the radiator inlet or reservoir). Check connections periodically for tightness and inspect the cable routing to avoid sharp bends or contact with moving parts.
