Hose Clamp Alphacool ES Draht-Nachspannschelle for 12.7/7.6 mm TPV Tube, Pack of 10

Alphacool ES Draht-Nachspannschelle hose clamps are designed for TPV tubing with outer/inner diameters of 12.7/7.6 mm and are supplied as a pack of 10. These wire tightening clamps provide a compact, low-profile method to secure flexible TPV tubes used in PC cooling and custom fluid systems. Constructed for reliable mechanical hold, the clamps are intended to keep connections on radiators, pumps and fittings tight to reduce the risk of leaks and maintain stable coolant flow.

Advantages

The wire design offers a uniform clamping force around the tube while minimizing bulk at connection points. The clamps are lightweight and easy to position on soft TPV material without deforming the tube profile. Supplied in a pack of 10, they enable multiple secure connections across a custom loop and simplify maintenance by allowing quick replacement of worn or damaged clamps. The simple tensioning mechanism provides consistent compression for repeatable, leak-resistant seals.

Suitable for

• Securing 12.7/7.6 mm TPV flexible tubing in PC water-cooling loops
• Clamping soft tubing on radiators, pumps and reservoir outlets
• Temporary or semi-permanent connections during loop assembly and maintenance
• Small-scale fluid routing where low-profile clamps are preferred

Key specifications

• Compatible tube dimensions: 12.7 mm outer / 7.6 mm inner (TPV)
• Pack quantity: 10 clamps
• Material type: metal wire construction suitable for mechanical tightening
• Clamping style: wire/tension tightening for distributed compression
• Intended application: PC cooling and small fluid systems

How to use

Slide the clamp over the TPV tube before fitting the tube onto the barb, fitting or connector. Position the clamp so the wire sits evenly around the tube at the junction point, then tighten according to the clamp's tensioning method until the tube is firmly compressed against the fitting. Avoid over-torquing; apply only enough tension to prevent movement and visible leakage. For disassembly, loosen the clamp mechanism and remove it from the tube before detaching the tubing from the connector.

Usage recommendations

Inspect clamp placement after initial system filling and again after a short run period to confirm there are no leaks. Replace clamps showing corrosion, deformation or loss of tension. When reusing clamps, ensure the wire and tightening mechanism remain intact and do not abrade the tube surface. For long-term installations, consider periodic checks as part of routine maintenance to ensure continued leak-free operation.
