Alphacool Eisschicht thermal pad (17 W/m·K) is a high-performance, self-adhesive thermal interface designed to improve heat transfer between PC components and heatsinks. This version measures 120 x 20 x 0.5 mm and is supplied in a pack of two grey pads. The material is elastic and easily conformable to uneven surfaces, allowing precise contact where board meets cooler.

The thermal pad offers a thermal conductivity of 17 W/m·K, significantly higher than conventional pads and many pastes, enabling efficient dissipation of heat. Its self-adhesive and elastic properties allow clean, tool-free installation and good mechanical compliance to component height differences.
