Alphacool Subzero Thermal Grease (3.5 g) is a high-performance thermal compound designed to improve heat transfer between processors and coolers. The grey-silver paste delivers an extreme thermal conductivity of 16 W/mK and comes in a syringe with a screw-on lid and a small plastic spatula for easier application. It is non-electrically conductive and supplied in a 3.5 g tube, suitable for CPUs, GPUs and other heat-sensitive components.

Advantages

How to use

Clean the CPU or component surface and the cooler base with isopropyl alcohol and let dry. Apply a thin, even layer of Alphacool Subzero Thermal Grease across the surface of the processor — the product’s lower viscosity helps achieve a uniform coating. Use the included spatula to spread the paste if desired, or place a small dot in the centre before mounting the cooler so the pressure spreads the compound. After use, close the syringe with its screw-on lid to prevent drying.

Usage recommendations

For best thermal results, use a minimal, even layer and avoid over-application. Ensure mating surfaces are clean and flat, and reapply paste when replacing the cooler or if thermal performance degrades. Store the syringe upright in a cool, dry place and keep the screw-on lid tightly closed between uses.
