The Alphacool Ultra Soft Eisschicht thermal pad (13007) is a 50 x 50 x 3 mm white pad with a thermal conductivity of 3 W/m·K. Its viscous, fabric-reinforced material conforms to uneven surfaces and combines the handling of a pad with thermal-transfer properties close to thermal paste, enabling efficient heat transfer for electronic components such as VRAM, voltage regulators and other heat-generating parts.

How to use

Leave the protective foil on the pad while cutting it to the required size with scissors; the material cuts cleanly like paper and edges do not fray. Remove the foil from both sides before installing the pad between the cooler and the component. Align the pad so it fully covers the contact area; the ultra-soft material will conform to uneven surfaces under the cooler's mounting pressure to ensure good thermal contact.
