How to use

Clean both contact surfaces to remove dust, grease or old thermal material. Cut the thermal pad to the required shape and size using scissors or a sharp blade. Remove any protective film if present and place the pad between the component and the heatsink, ensuring full coverage of the thermal interface. Apply the heatsink and secure it with the intended mounting mechanism to establish even pressure and optimize thermal contact.

Usage recommendations

Use the 1 mm thickness when clearance is limited; for larger gaps, consider stacking pads of the same type or selecting a thicker material. Avoid stretching the pad during installation and ensure no conductive debris is present on the surfaces.
