How to use

Leave the protective foil on the pad while cutting it to the required shape with scissors; the foil simplifies cutting and keeps the edges clean. After cutting, remove the foil and place the pad directly between the cooler and the component so it fully contacts both surfaces. Reassemble the cooler using the manufacturer’s recommended mounting method and ensure even, moderate mounting pressure to avoid PCB deformation.

Usage recommendations

The pad is intended as a replacement for standard thermal pads where improved thermal transfer and longer-term stability are required. Avoid applying solvents or oils to the pad. For best results, inspect contact areas for debris or thermal paste residue before installation and replace pads if they become contaminated or physically damaged.
