The Alphacool ES Distro Plate organizes water-cooling loops in compact server and workstation cases and simplifies component exchange when used with quick-release fasteners. It provides numerous mounting and connection options and serves as a modular base for systems to be equipped with water cooling.

Advantages

The ES Distro Plate offers flexible installation methods including adhesive Velcro, supplied mounting feet and a mounting frame, and compatibility with 120 mm or 140 mm fan mounting locations when used with brackets. Multiple threaded mounting points on the sides and rear enable direct attachment, including holes adapted for Alphacool server-rack rails. A total of 22 G1/4" internal-thread connection ports (5 mm screw-in depth) are distributed across front, sides, top and bottom to allow versatile plumbing layouts and the possibility to chain several plates in series. Flow guidance lines on the plate improve the clarity of water routing and simplify planning and maintenance.

How to use

Mount the distro plate using the included self-adhesive Velcro by attaching one side to the plate and the other to the desired location in the case, then place the plate onto the Velcro. Alternatively, use the supplied feet or mounting frame, or secure the plate to a 120/140 mm fan location with an appropriate bracket. Connect components with G1/4" fittings; refer to the guidance lines engraved on the plate and the manual to determine flow direction and port assignments. Unused ports can be fitted with plugs or used as fill/drain points. Multiple ES Distro Plates can be connected in series to extend the distribution layout.

Usage recommendations

Use compatible Alphacool quick connectors and standard G1/4" fittings to ensure leak-free joins. Plan the loop layout before final mounting, leave accessible fill and drain ports, and follow the Alphacool manual for recommended torque and sealing procedures.
