With a thermal conductivity value of 17 W/m·K and a density of 3.2 g/cm³, this thermal paste supports efficient dissipation of heat from processors, power stages and other high-power components. The 50 g syringe provides a larger-than-standard quantity suitable for multiple applications or repeated reassembly tasks.
The thermal compound combines elevated thermal conductivity with stable consistency to fill microscopic gaps and reduce thermal resistance.
