Radiator block Alphacool NexXxoS XT45
The Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Radiator block is a liquid cooling radiator block designed for PC cooling systems. Constructed primarily from high-quality copper and metal with a black finish, it offers a compact footprint (143 mm width × 177 mm depth × 45.5 mm height) and is intended to provide efficient heat dissipation in water-cooling loops. The product supports 140 mm fan mounting and is engineered for reliable thermal transfer and integration into a variety of desktop system layouts.
The radiator block uses copper for core components including end chambers, water channels and cooling fins, which ensures higher thermal conductivity compared with aluminium-based solutions. A targeted fin density and shaped fin flaps improve airflow direction and heat exchange while keeping flow noise low. Patented recessed screw plugs allow flush mounting and cleaner installation, and reinforced mounting areas protect the internal fins and channels from damage during fan or chassis installation. Multiple connection ports provide flexible inlet, outlet and fill/vent options for easier loop filling and maintenance.
Install the NexXxoS XT45 radiator block into your system by aligning it with the appropriate fan and chassis mounting points for a 140 mm configuration. Use the recessed screw plugs provided to secure the radiator flush against the mounting surface. Connect the inlet and outlet to your loop tubing using compatible fittings, and use the fill/vent port to fill or bleed the loop during setup. Ensure protective plates remain in place under mounting holes and follow standard water-cooling procedures for leak testing before powering the system.
For optimal performance, pair the NexXxoS XT45 with 140 mm fans chosen for a balance of airflow and static pressure, keep fin passages free of dust with periodic cleaning, and use appropriate corrosion-inhibiting coolant compatible with copper. During installation, perform a thorough leak test and allow the loop to run and settle before under-volting or overclocking the system.
