Alphacool Apex Distro Plate Y70 D5/DDC Schwarz

The Alphacool Apex Distro Plate Y70 D5/DDC - Schwarz is a specialized high-quality water cooling component designed specifically to fit the Hyte Y70 computer case. By integrating a coolant reservoir and precise distribution channels into a single unit, this distribution plate significantly simplifies the setup and routing of custom liquid cooling loops in high-end PC builds. Crafted to support both D5 and DDC pumps, it ensures efficient coolant circulation while providing a clean and organized aesthetic for complex enthusiast systems.

Advantages

This distro plate is engineered for seamless integration with the Hyte Y70 chassis, ensuring a precise fit without requiring modifications. The combination of a built-in reservoir and optimized channels reduces the amount of tubing needed, resulting in a cleaner interior layout and easier maintenance. Its robust construction supports reliable operation under demanding thermal loads, while the universal pump compatibility allows users to choose between D5 and DDC pump models based on their performance and noise preferences.

Suitable for

• Custom liquid cooling loops in Hyte Y70 computer cases
• High-performance desktop PCs with multi-component water cooling
• Enthusiast builds requiring clean tubing routes and integrated reservoirs

When it may not be suitable

This product is not suitable for computer cases other than the Hyte Y70, as its mounting points and dimensions are strictly tailored to this specific chassis. It is also not compatible with systems that rely entirely on air cooling or All-In-One liquid coolers without custom loop components.

Key specifications

• Designed for Hyte Y70 case
• Compatible with D5 and DDC pumps
• Integrated reservoir and distribution channels
• Color: Black

How to use

Begin by securing the distribution plate to the designated mounting locations inside the compatible Hyte Y70 case using appropriate hardware. Install either a D5 or a DDC pump onto the designated pump mount on the plate, ensuring a secure and leak-free seal with the included O-rings. Connect your tubing from the water blocks of your CPU and GPU to the corresponding ports on the distro plate to establish your custom cooling loop. Fill the integrated reservoir with suitable coolant and run the pump externally to bleed air from the system before powering on your complete computer system.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your computer case is specifically the Hyte Y70 model
• Ensure you have a compatible D5 or DDC pump, as the pump is typically sold separately
• Plan your tubing layout and fitting sizes to match the port locations on the distribution plate

For optimal performance and longevity of your custom cooling loop, always use high-quality coolants specifically formulated for PC water cooling and periodically inspect the fittings and reservoir for any signs of wear or buildup.
