The Alphacool Eisstation DC-LT Black 1/4" 1.5 bar is a compact cooling station engineered for liquid-cooling systems in small form-factor PCs, servers and workstations. It features a black finish, 1/4" inlet/outlet threads and a maximum operating pressure of 1.5 bar. With dimensions of 50.6 mm x 50.6 mm x 37.2 mm and a lightweight construction, the unit integrates with compact pump heads from the DC-LT series and can be expanded with a small reservoir and bubble-down filter for improved reliability.

Advantages

The Eisstation DC-LT offers space-efficient design suitable for 1U and other compact racks, low weight for easier mounting and a standardized 1/4" thread for common fittings. Its removable top plate allows retrofitting of a compact reservoir and accommodates a bubble-down filter to reduce air ingestion. The product includes a Velcro mat for flexible internal mounting, and optional mounting feet provide angled installation at 30° or 90°. The pump is anchored inside the top with a threaded O-ring seal and base plate for a compact, protected assembly.

How to use

To fit the pump, remove the bottom plate secured with two screws, insert the O-ring into the pump housing and screw the DC-LT pump into place using the supplied screws. Replace and secure the base plate to enclose and protect the pump. For adding the compact reservoir, remove the upper aluminium plate to access four mounting holes and the insert for the bubble-down filter, attach the reservoir with four screws and reconnect tubing using the 1/4" threads. Use the supplied Velcro mat to position the Eisstation inside the case or order optional mounting feet for fixed angled installation.

Usage recommendations

Use compatible fittings and soft tubing rated for the system pressure, ensure the O-ring is seated correctly to prevent leaks, and install the bubble-down filter when retrofitting a reservoir to minimise air intake. For server or rack installations, verify clearances for 1U or low-profile mounting and consider the optional angled feet for optimal hose routing.
