The Alphacool AGZ Silver mounting kit contains six silver components designed to provide a secure and reliable method for fastening cooling components in PC builds. The kit is intended for use with compatible mounting clips and is particularly suitable for attaching a Coolplex reservoir mount to a case side panel. The robust M6 hardware is engineered so the screw head recesses fully into the mounting clips while the washer and nut secure from the opposite side for stable fixation.
The kit offers durable M6 metal hardware that ensures long-term mechanical stability and resistance to loosening under vibration. Its silver finish provides a neutral visual appearance that integrates with most system interiors and cooling components. The design of the screws, washers and nuts allows easy installation where the screw head sits flush within the clip and the nut fastens from the rear for a firm hold.
Position the mounting clip on the case panel and insert the M6 screw through the component and into the clip until the screw head sits flush inside the clip. From the opposite side of the panel, place the washer over the protruding thread and tighten the M6 nut by hand or with a suitable tool to achieve firm but not excessive torque. Ensure the assembly is aligned before fully tightening to avoid cross-threading. Check that the screw head is recessed and the nut and washer are secure to provide stable fixation.
Use this mounting kit only with the indicated compatible clips; avoid overtightening the nuts to prevent thread damage or deformation of the case panel. Periodically check fastenings for tightness during system maintenance to ensure continued stability.
