Temperature sensor Alphacool 17362
The Alphacool Eiszapfen Temperature Sensor (model 17362) is a compact, screw-in probe for monitoring coolant or component temperatures in PC liquid‑cooling systems. It fits any G1/4" threaded port and includes a short AG adapter for mounting on radiators, reservoirs, GPU or CPU coolers. The sensor is nickel‑plated for corrosion resistance, fully sealed and watertight, and comes with a 50 cm cable and a 2‑pin connector for connection to standard PC temperature indicators.
The sensor installs directly into a G1/4" thread for a secure, leak‑proof fit and delivers reliable temperature readings independent of motherboard BIOS sensors. Its nickel plating prevents corrosion and the sealed construction ensures full watertightness. The 50 cm cable length provides flexibility for routing even in large tower cases, and the included AG adapter allows quick mounting to common coolant system components.
Screw the sensor into any free G1/4" threaded port using the supplied AG adapter where appropriate. For reservoir mounting, attach the sensor near the fill or inspection port; for radiators or water blocks, install in any accessible G1/4" opening. Remove the AG adapter if you need to connect the sensor inline between two G1/4" connectors. Route the 50 cm cable to your PC temperature indicator or monitoring device and plug in the 2‑pin connector to the matching input.
Use the sensor in combination with compatible PC temperature indicator hardware. Ensure threads are clean and use appropriate sealing washers or tape only if required by your loop configuration; avoid overtightening to preserve thread integrity and sealing.
