How to use

Secure the tube in the mitre box’s rubberised channel and cut with the fine-tooth saw to obtain a straight edge. Ream the cut end using the acrylic tube reamer to remove internal and external burrs for a clean sealing surface. Insert the silicone bending insert inside the tube at the bend location, heat the section evenly until the material softens, and then form the desired curve using the bending tool. For repeatable straight sections, use the red measurement guide on the bending jig. After the tube cools, remove the silicone insert and test-fit the tubing with fittings to ensure a proper seal.

Usage recommendations

When heating tubes, apply heat evenly and avoid excessive temperature to prevent material deformation. Use the silicone insert sized to the tube diameter for best kink prevention. Clamp the mitre box securely during cutting and deburring to avoid scratches and ensure accurate cuts.
