The Alphacool 90348 Black 45° bending kit is an accessory for water-cooling loops in computers, designed to create 45° bends in rigid tubing. Two versions are available to match tubing with an outer diameter of 13 mm or 12 mm. The kit allows precise angle positioning for tidy and compact coolant routing.
The horizontal angle is continuously adjustable across 180° using the integrated 1° scale, enabling accurate alignment of the tube run. Adjustment is done with the included hex key by loosening the rear M4 screws, setting the desired angle and retightening the screws for secure fixation. Two size-specific versions ensure a proper fit with either 13 mm or 12 mm outer-diameter tubes.
Select the kit version that matches your tube outer diameter (13 mm or 12 mm). Mount the bending adapter into the cooling loop layout at the desired position. To set the horizontal orientation, use the supplied hexagon socket to loosen the rear M4 screws, rotate the adapter to the required angle using the 1° scale, then tighten the M4 screws to lock the position. Install the rigid tube and ensure fittings and seals are correctly seated before filling the loop.
For a secure and leak-free installation, always choose the kit version matching your tube OD, tighten the M4 screws evenly after adjustment, and verify that the tube is fully inserted and supported. Perform a pressure or leak test before normal operation.
