How to use

Position the helmet squarely on the head so the built‑in visor sits just above the eyebrows. Adjust the Run System Ergo Flex+ with the rear ratchet until the helmet fits snugly and evenly without pressure points. Use the tilting Custom Fit at the back to fine‑tune the angle for improved coverage. Center and tighten the Y‑clip straps beside the ears so the straps form a V under the earlobe; fasten the Ergomatic buckle and adjust its length so the chin strap is snug but allows one or two fingers between strap and chin.
