How to use

Fill the chamber with whole peppercorns if not already filled; the grinder is supplied ready to use. Hold the mill vertically and rotate the body or head to grind pepper directly onto food. Adjust the grind size by turning the top screw button: tighten for a finer grind and loosen for a coarser result. Clean the exterior surfaces with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid submerging the unit in water to protect the mechanism and wooden components.

Usage recommendations

For best performance, use whole, dry peppercorns and avoid including more than 15% pink pepper in mixed blends. Store the mill in a dry place away from direct heat or humidity to preserve the wood and aluminium finish.
