Parking sensor kit Amio AMI-02704 with 4.3" TFT monitor, HD-502-IR camera and 4 black sensors
The Amio AMI-02704 parking sensor kit combines a 4.3" TFT monitor, an HD-502-IR reverse camera and four black ultrasonic sensors to support safer and more accurate reversing. The system delivers visual input from the camera and audible/visual proximity alerts from the sensors, helping drivers detect obstacles behind the vehicle and improve situational awareness during parking maneuvers.
This kit integrates a compact 4.3-inch TFT display and an infrared-capable HD camera to provide a clear rear view in daylight and low-light conditions. Four rear-mounted ultrasonic sensors supply progressive proximity feedback to reduce blind spots and assist with precise placement in tight spaces. The components are designed for passenger vehicle installation and work together to offer both live video and sensor-based warnings without requiring a large dashboard screen.
Mount the 4.3" TFT monitor on the dashboard or windshield within the driver’s line of sight and connect it to the vehicle power supply. Install the HD-502-IR camera at the rear of the vehicle, typically above the license plate, and route its video cable to the monitor. Fit the four ultrasonic sensors into drilled mounting points on the rear bumper at recommended spacing, then connect sensor wiring to the control unit and monitor. After powering the system, adjust camera angle and confirm sensor zones and alert thresholds by slowly reversing toward an obstacle and verifying visual and audible feedback.
For reliable performance, use the kit as a complement to visual checks. Regularly clean the camera lens and sensor surfaces to maintain image quality and accurate distance detection. Have electrical connections and mounting hardware checked after initial installation and following exposure to high-pressure washing or severe weather.
