How to use

Preheat the pan briefly over the chosen heat source and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired. Cook omelettes, pancakes or meat with appropriate heat levels to achieve the required browning while minimising cooking time. Avoid cutting food inside the pan and do not use metal utensils to preserve the non-stick surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning.

Usage recommendations

Rinse with warm water and a mild detergent after every use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. Use silicone, wood or plastic utensils to maintain the non-stick coating and prolong pan life.
