The AMT Gastroguss I528EZ20B is a 20 cm induction-compatible frying pan with an ergonomic detachable handle, hand-cast aluminium body and a thick thermal base for fast and even heating. Developed together with the German National Culinary Team and awarded by Germany’s VKD association, the pan is designed for low-fat cooking and easy cleaning while retaining heat and nutrients in food.

Advantages

The hand-cast aluminium construction provides excellent heat distribution and rapid heating. A 9–10 mm thick thermal base resists warping and stores heat for improved energy efficiency. The hard-wearing four-layer Lotan non-stick coating is PFOA-free, enabling shorter cooking times and reduced use of fats. The ergonomic detachable handle simplifies handling and storage, and the pan is suitable for all common cooktops including induction.

How to use

Attach the ergonomic handle securely before placing the pan on the cooktop. Preheat the pan briefly on the chosen heat source, then add minimal oil or butter as required. Cook omelettes, pancakes or meat according to recipe timings, taking advantage of the pan’s fast, even heating. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then rinse with warm water and a mild detergent for cleaning. Do not use metal utensils or cut food in the pan to protect the non-stick surface.
