APC Smart SMT1500RMI2UNC is a 1500VA / 1000W uninterruptible power supply designed to provide reliable battery backup and power conditioning for servers, network equipment and critical electronics. The unit supports both rack and tower installation, features an LCD interface for status and configuration, and delivers managed shutdown and protection against power outages, voltage sags and surges. It is intended to help maintain uptime in small datacenters, office environments and home lab setups where continuous operation and safe shutdown are important.
The UPS provides an automatic transfer to battery when utility power fails and offers power conditioning to reduce the risk of equipment damage from spikes and dips. With a 1500VA / 1000W capacity it supports multiple devices and short runtime under full load for controlled shutdowns.
