How to use

Deploy EcoStruxure IT Gateway or the provided client to connect on-premise devices to the cloud service using an outbound connection on Port 443. Register the APC SFTWES10-DIGI license and any additional node or application licenses required for your environment. Use auto-discovery to detect manageable devices, configure thresholds and alert rules, and access the unified console from a browser or mobile device to monitor device health, view trends, and generate reports.

Usage recommendations

Place managed devices on a private network where possible to reduce public IP usage; maintain gateway connections through Port 443 and ensure allowed outbound access to the specified cloud IPs. Regularly review assessment scorecards and benchmarking results to prioritize maintenance and use automatic updates and backups to keep the platform current.
