Description

The APC Smart-UPS SMT2200IC is a line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) offering 2.2 kVA / 1980 W output with sealed lead-acid battery technology. It supplies emergency power to connected equipment during mains outages, protects against voltage peaks, and includes an LCD for status and configuration. The UPS has nine AC outlets, one USB Type-A port for signaling, and a user-replaceable internal battery cartridge (RBC55) to extend service life without powering down connected equipment.

Advantages

The SMT2200IC provides automatic, instantaneous battery backup to prevent data loss and hardware damage during power interruptions and supports controlled shutdowns via free APC PowerChute software. SmartConnect enables out-of-box remote monitoring through a secure cloud portal and the SmartConnect Ethernet port; the UPS can also be monitored with EcoStruxure IT Expert. Optional network management cards allow SNMP and remote management and enable coordinated shutdowns of multiple physical or virtual servers. Switched Outlet Groups allow phased start-up and remote reboot of outlet groups to reduce peak load and manage restart sequences.

How to use
