The APC Smart-UPS On-Line 5kVA Tower (SRT5KXLI) is a double-conversion on-line UPS designed for IT professionals and network administrators to maintain business continuity and protect critical electronics. This 5 kVA / 4500 W tower unit provides pure sine wave output, an extended runtime battery (845 VAh), an LCD display with LED indicators and embedded network management for remote monitoring and control. The unit includes hard-wire 3-wire (1P+N+E) input, 6 × IEC 320 C13 and 4 × IEC 320 C19 outlets, two IEC jumper cables, and a SmartSlot for optional accessory cards. It supports integration with EcoStruxure IT or third-party centralized management platforms and is compatible with SRTRK2 (4-post) and SRTRK3 (2-post) rail kits sold separately.

How to use

Install the UPS in a clean, ventilated area following the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and local electrical codes. Connect the input to the building distribution using the hard-wire 3-wire (1P+N+E) connection and attach critical loads to the IEC C13 and C19 outlets or via IEC jumper cables as required. Configure the embedded Network Management Card and install PowerChute Network Shutdown to enable orderly shutdown of servers and virtual machines.
