Uninterruptible Power Supply APC SRV3KI Double-conversion Online 3 kVA 2400 W 6x C13 outlets C19 plug 48 V battery 9 Ah Mini Tower LCD
APC SRV3KI Double-conversion Online 3 kVA 2400 W is an uninterruptible power supply designed to provide continuous, regulated power for servers, network equipment and critical IT loads. Housed in a compact Mini Tower with an LCD graphics display, this UPS implements true online double-conversion topology to isolate connected devices from mains disturbances such as outages, voltage sags/swells and frequency variations. The unit delivers six C13 outlets and uses a C19 input, and its internal 48 V battery system — built from 12 V cells with 9 Ah capacity — supports graceful shutdowns and extended runtime as required.
The APC SRV3KI offers continuous voltage regulation through double-conversion technology, eliminating transfer time to battery and ensuring stable output even with poor mains quality. Intelligent battery management optimizes charge and extends battery life while the automatic internal bypass maintains supply to connected loads in the event of a UPS overload or fault. An ECO mode improves operating efficiency when mains power is within acceptable parameters, and input power factor correction reduces installation costs by allowing smaller generators and cabling. The front LCD provides clear status, operating parameters and alarms for easier onsite monitoring.
Install the UPS in a well-ventilated area on a stable surface. Connect the UPS input to a compatible mains supply using the C19 inlet and plug, and attach equipment to the six C13 outlets according to their combined power draw, ensuring the total connected load does not exceed 2400 W. Use the LCD to review operating status, battery level and alarms. Configure serial or USB management if remote monitoring or graceful shutdown is required with supported software. Test the UPS after installation by simulating a mains interruption to confirm automatic switching and battery-backed operation.
For reliable performance, perform periodic battery health checks and replace batteries according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Avoid placing the UPS in high-temperature, dusty or humid environments and distribute critical loads across outlets to prevent overloads. When using a generator, ensure it meets the input power factor and waveform requirements to maintain proper UPS operation.
