The APS-Germany 30501 baking tray is a rectangular aluminium oven sheet with a non-stick coating. Designed for general-purpose baking, it measures 325 mm in width, 265 mm in depth and has a wall height of 30 mm. The tray is intended for use in conventional ovens and withstands service temperatures from approximately -30 °C up to +200 °C.
