BBQ Grill Teflon Mat Tray Set 4 pcs Aptel LXMR991 – reusable non-stick grilling liner

The Aptel LXMR991 BBQ Grill Teflon Mat Tray Set is a pack of four reusable non-stick grilling liners designed to protect grill grates and simplify cooking and cleaning. Each Teflon mat/tray provides a flat, heat-resistant surface that prevents small or delicate foods from falling through the grates while maintaining direct contact with heat for even cooking. The set is intended for use on charcoal, gas and electric grills as well as for indoor countertop grills and oven baking where a non-stick surface is required.

Advantages

These Teflon grill mats offer a non-stick, easy-clean cooking surface that reduces the need for oils and prevents food from sticking or tearing. The reusable construction provides repeated use without single-use waste, and the mats are thin enough to preserve grill sear and heat transfer while protecting grates from residue and drips. Cleaning is simplified — most spills can be wiped away or rinsed off — and the set of four allows simultaneous cooking of different foods or rotating mats between uses.

Suitable for

• Grilling vegetables, fish, seafood and small or delicate items that can fall through grates
• Direct grilling on charcoal, gas or electric grills
• Indoor grilling on countertop electric grills and oven use as a non-stick liner
• Outdoor barbecues where easier cleanup and grill protection are desired

When it may not be suitable

This set may not be suitable for very high-temperature applications that exceed the mats' rated heat resistance; prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures can reduce mat lifespan. It is not intended to replace solid grill grates for heavy-duty searing of large, thick cuts where open flame contact is required for maximum charring and smoke flavor.

Key specifications

• Quantity: set of 4 reusable Teflon-coated grill mats/trays
• Function: non-stick grilling liner to prevent food falling through grates and ease cleaning
• Compatibility: suitable for charcoal, gas and electric grills, countertop grills and oven use
• Material characteristics: heat-resistant non-stick Teflon surface designed to transfer heat while protecting grates
• Maintenance: washable and reusable for multiple cooking cycles

How to use

Place a mat directly on the clean grill grate before preheating or once the grill has reached the desired temperature according to the grill manufacturer’s guidance. Arrange food on the mat keeping moderate spacing for even airflow and heat circulation. After cooking, remove the mat when it has cooled enough to handle safely and wipe or rinse off food residue; mats can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or according to the manufacturer’s care instructions. Avoid folding or cutting the mats during use and follow heat limits recommended for Teflon-coated cooking surfaces.

What to consider before purchase

• Check your grill’s maximum safe surface temperature and ensure it is compatible with Teflon-coated mats
• Confirm mat dimensions and quantity meet your grilling area and cooking needs
• Consider whether you need direct flame contact for specific recipes, as mats reduce direct flare-ups and charring

Usage recommendations

To extend service life, preheat the grill to the desired temperature before placing food on the mat, avoid using metal utensils that can scratch the non-stick surface, and clean mats promptly after cooling to prevent baked-on residue. Rotate mats between uses and store flat or rolled without sharp creases.
