Coolant concentrate, Aqua-Computer Double Protect Ultra 1 L (green)
Aqua-Computer Double Protect Ultra 1 L (green) is a coolant concentrate designed for use in custom liquid cooling loops and radiator-based PC cooling systems. Supplied as a concentrate, it is intended to be mixed with distilled water to form a stable coolant that protects metal components from corrosion while inhibiting biological growth. The formulation preserves heat transfer efficiency and helps maintain long-term performance of pumps, radiators and water blocks when used according to manufacturer dilution instructions.
This coolant concentrate provides multi-metal corrosion protection suitable for mixed-material loops, includes additives to reduce formation of algae and bacterial growth, and is formulated to maintain thermal conductivity when diluted correctly. As a concentrate, it allows precise mixing ratios to meet system requirements and reduces the risk of contamination compared with pre-mixed liquids. The green tint aids visual inspection of coolant flow and system leaks without affecting coolant performance when diluted to recommended levels.
Before adding the coolant concentrate, flush the cooling loop thoroughly with distilled water or an appropriate cleaner to remove residues from previous fluids. Mix the concentrate with distilled water according to the manufacturer's recommended dilution ratio to achieve the intended protection and flow characteristics. Fill the loop slowly, bleed trapped air from radiators and blocks, and operate the pump at low speed initially to check for leaks. After filling, run the system and recheck fluid level and tightness of fittings, topping up with the same diluted mixture if necessary.
Use only distilled or demineralised water for dilution, avoid mixing with other brands or unknown additives, and perform regular inspections for sediment, colour change or microbial growth. Replace or refresh the coolant according to system maintenance intervals and the manufacturer's guidance to ensure continued corrosion protection and heat transfer performance.
